I had to return a dress, and honestly... it took way too long to get a response. The exchange details weren’t super clear either, so I was kind of left guessing for a bit. The clothes themselves were okay, nothing bad there, but the whole return process just made the experience frustrating

"Delivery came right on time"
I ordered from modaglamboutique.com and, delivery was the main thing I was nervous about. You never really know. But it ended up being totally fine.
The tracking email came through quickly. Then the package actually showed up on the day it said it would. No delays. No back-and-forth with customer service. Which was a relief.
Everything was packed well enough, nothing missing, nothing damaged. Just a simple order that went the way it was supposed to. I’d order again.

"Confusing info on the site and slow replies"
I was frustrated with the support. The website made it sound like one thing, but when I reached out to clarify, I ended up waiting days just to get a basic reply. Even then, it didn’t really help much or clear up the confusion.

I mean, it pretty much looks like the pictures, so I’ll give it that. The color was close enough, but the fabric felt a little different than I expected, which was kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, but still not exactly what I thought I was getting.

I got a dress from Modaglam Boutique, i’m really happy with my purchase. I’m picky about fabric, and this one felt nice to me—not thin or cheap—and the stitching looked better than I expected.
The fit was true to size for me, which is always a relief. Shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a big deal. For the price, I think the quality is really good, and I’d definitely order from them again

"Fit was pretty much what I expected"
I’d say 4 stars. The dress fit me close to how I thought it would, just a little snug-ish around the waist. The length was fine and the fabric has a bit of stretch to it, which helped. I might go one size up next time if I want it a little more relaxed, but overall I’m happy with how it fits.

Ordering was straightforward for me, and checkout went through without any problems. I did have to go back once because I picked the wrong size, but that was more on me than the site. If you already know what size you need, it’s a smooth process. I also got the confirmation email quickly, which was nice.

"Shipping was honestly frustrating"
I ordered from modaglamboutique.com and at first I was excited, but that faded fast because the shipping took way longer than I expected. For several days I barely got any updates, so I kept checking the tracking myself and started getting annoyed.
When the item finally showed up, I felt a little relieved because it was okay, so that helped some. But still, waiting that long kind of ruined the experience for me. I might order again, but only if I’m definitely not in a rush.
